so needless to say, this last week was AMAZING and filled with..
miming...scary faces...Lederhosen (heh?)PHOEBE AKA THE BEST GIRL IN THE WORLDHippie sachenamazing boyseverlasting memories"Facebook photos!!"EatingTUCK and his "miss fontaine"Betreuers...Party cars...crazy nights...goobs...lovely ladiesturkish protests...DDR chairs...Making out...................ahhahaha just kiddingfests and stuffy noses...funky hats...subway fahren and baklava essen...spiffy boys...sleep...NOT!Party basements filled with weird canadians...French toast...And honestly some of the BEST memories ever....i can never even begin to describe! YAY!!!

So the weekend was definatly a blast. On friday i night i went to this rockin party and had a heck of a time meeting new people and dancing and getting home OH SO LATE. haha then on saturday Katha and i went to the Messe (or the fair) to meet up with Andrea, who had to work at the red cross the day. i didn't want to ride anything really because i was totally feeling ...um...not myself from the night before, but andrea and katha definatly had fun on the crazy spinny rides, and i actually really enjoyed watching and attempting to snap their pictures...

but then i decided i could take the ferris wheel, i mean that's pretty easy, right? hhaaa so of COURSE we made a video - sorry it's frustratingly difficult to listen to, because the wind was going crazy, and it's def not the best video camera in the world. oh well its all in german too. baha but mano i love me some katha!

then when we were comming down from the very top, the guys working there decided TO SPIN US AROUND!! in the little car thing. OMGGGG and i was seriously about to throw up. they spun us THREE TIMES! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHh it was the guy at the very end of the video..baha i swear...

then on sunday i sang in our choir at confirmation in the church, and it was a really pretty service. yesterday was mothers day and no one here did anything, so um ok? i wished petra a happy mothers day.

then today i sat outside during my free period between religion and 12th grade english and a bird pooped in my hair. a little got on my skirt, too, but i didn't know it got in my hair until english because these girls told me i had something in my hair and i was like what is it? then i tried to get it out and it was kinda liquid, then i didn't think it was poop because it was green, then i couldn't get it all out and another girl tried to and screamed that i had poop in my hair. ha-ha..OooOooh great...but all in all it was quite hallarious and we got out of some english.

So yesterday before belly dancing i had about 2 and a half hours of nothingness (shall i add here that it was horrible weather...still is...so that eliminated any hope of going outside to take a little walk) that i filled with two and a half hours of crazy nail painting combined with surfing the internet, listening to some Ted leo, and convincing josephine to leave my room. it actually was a pretty nice afternoon for such crummy weather. i did, however, have to ride my bike to dance class which ended up taking about 40 minutes (it usually takes about 25 or so) because of the "gegen wind" luckily it didn't rain until my way HOME when i got soaked to the core...This is from last sunday. i figured a nice cute little picture of happy, sunny minden would make people happy. it makes me a little hopeful that it will, at some point in my life, stop raining and being cold again.

When i went to see spiderman 3 again with katha and andrea, we came across this sign that made us laugh really really hard. when you first glance at it, it's just funny...

Naja so on friday night i went to PW with mona, katrin, tane, and christoff and we saw BRUCE DARNELL from Germany's next top model LIVE! it was awesome. quite crowded, but that doesn't matter-it was still one heck of a time. so that means no one to anyone in the US, so im not going to really elaborate, but just know that bruce is SO cool. and "DAS IST DER WAHRHEIT!"

WOW man o tuesday was an AWESOME day (tuesday the 1st of may was some sort of national holiday so that menas...NO SCHOOL! so that means..FUN!!) ! I got up at around 10 30 to an almost empty house (they all left at 11 to go to Carson's house) but i decided to ride my bike to carson's 45th birthday party because i wanted to catch a 3 o clock train to bielefeld and no one could drive me. it was a nice work out, too (30 minutes there, 25 back to the train station...) but it was a great party and i wish i couldve stayed a little bit longer, but oh well, the afternoon was FABULOUS as well!

the kids were quite obsessed with serving EVERYONE and we werent allowed in the garage where all the drinks were (haha including beer on tap..haha whaat? where do they GET these things?!)Then at 3 i caught a train to bielefeld to meet up with anthony, another exchange student who's lived within 30 mins of me this whole time and i didn't know it! woah...but i got there around 3 30 then we walked around bielefeld for a good hour and a half before heading to the theatre to se.....SPIDERMAN 3 ON THE DAY IT CAME OUT!!!!!!!!1 wahooo!! it was awesomer than awesome and i really enjoyed it. you'll just have to see for yourself! then we talked and ate for another 45 minutes until my train came to pick me up back home to minden! ohh and i saw this..and that means "the asparagus express" everyone's obsessed with asparagus and i just don't get it. i mean, it's tasty and all but...what? i dunno. but lecker!
