Things are really winding down. crazy. today was the last official day of school, although we only went for 3rd period to get our report cards. then we all went to a cafe for the last time we'll all be together (because on the 7th the amis will be here, too!!) crazy thought i know. now tane, katha, and mona are on their way to spain SAD!!!!!!!!!!!! but everything must come to an end eventually, right. right.

I gave them each a picture frame with a lovely picture in it as well as a man that had some sort of relevance to their lives. for example katha got a man with pornobrille on..mannn im one GOOD matchmaker!Gina got a "mister everything" guy because she does everything. he's holding a sword and like ready to take on LIFE! MANO He's SOOO ready. ha. actually i thin i will make a post after this one w/just the picture frames and men for each girl, just so i NEVER EVER forget it. i had to borrow katha's man for this picture b/c i didnt make myself one. Here's our whole class on the "last day," or this morning. our abschluss tshirts are quite cute, amiright?!

As a class, we gave herr Heinze a nice little gift of an amazing photoalbum (thank GOODNESS i take so many pictures ;) baha!) and a nice little box paket basket thing.

Bye Bye Herder!Then last night was our choir end of year party which was of course a lot of fun. we played volleyball and sang and Justus was my official photographer, so some of the pictures are amazingly Justus-like...Like this one, for example!Hahah oh petra!Detlef brought this crazy thing so we could all be in tune when we sang! i found it amazingly amusing. He's one awesome choir director and an all around amazing man. I will really miss his passion for singing and family and friends and life in general. Then after that party i went at about 1030 to my 10th grade class end of year party. it was also fun, of course, and we sang, talked, danced and took A ZILLION Pictures. YAY HERR HEINZE! haha he "Had" to leave about an hour after he got there. baha i laughed. i mean, just look at his face in this picture. man-o! haha, i dont know..."Man, ich denke, dass benny besoffen ist."

I WAS MADE FOR LOVING YOU BABY, YOU WERE MADE FOR LOVING ME! we sang that together, mona and i, in a duo, and i was quite impressed/suprised that she knew EVERY word and some of the ones that i didn't!!!GOOFAYat the table, singing and having a good timeOk, so theres this big joke that goes like this "MAGGIE FOR PRESIDENT!" so they all think i will be president one day ( i mean, come on, i TOTALLY will be, right right!) and then i will think back on all my german friends and i will let them come eat with me at the white house. so here is me being the new statue of liberty when i totally make german/american relations awesome when im president. of course, the statue must also inclue the Gina on my arm (instead of the book) and the beer in my hand (instead of the torch) hellloooo lady liberty!like i said, benny ist immer besoffen. haha ouiii so enough party photos! on sunday was kathas birthday, so on monday Gina brought her bday present to schooL! she's a cutie!

AND WE GOT THE PUPPY TODAY!!So of course these times are crazy and it's hard to believe that i have only 4 days of real life here before it's traveling around w/the crazy americans and being here for a couple days, away for a week, here again. it's just weird saying goodbye, that's all. and it's weird that 6 months ago i thought it would be easy to say goodbye...
